Terms of Service

Last updated 18 August 2026

These terms describe what you get when you buy Claude for Marketers, what we expect from you, and how we handle access, payment, and cancellation. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

What you're buying

Claude for Marketers is a digital course and skill library delivered entirely online. A one-time purchase grants lifetime access to the core course, the bonus track, and the skill library on the account that made the purchase.

Add-ons such as coaching calls, the vault, and certification are sold separately and unlock only the product you purchased.

"Lifetime" means for as long as the product is operated. If we ever retire the product, we will give notice and make the course material available for download.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Accounts are for one person; sharing credentials, reselling access, or redistributing course material is not permitted and may result in access being revoked without a refund.

You can change your email or password, or permanently delete your account, from Settings at any time.

AI usage and credits

Exercises and skills run against Anthropic's Claude models. Metered accounts include a credit balance; you can also connect your own Anthropic API key, in which case usage is billed by Anthropic directly to you.

AI output is generated and may be inaccurate. Review anything before you publish it or rely on it commercially. You are responsible for the content you create with the tool.

We may apply fair-use limits to protect the service against automated or abusive usage.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the product to break the law, to generate harmful or deceptive content, to scrape or resell the material, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

No guarantees or professional advice

Claude for Marketers is educational material. Nothing in the course, the skill library, the prompt vault, coaching calls, or any AI output is legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, or other professional advice, and none of it should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

We make no promise of any particular result, ranking, revenue, lead volume, or business outcome. Any example, case study, or figure shown is illustrative only and is not a guarantee of what you will achieve. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, effort, and execution.

AI output is probabilistic and can be inaccurate, outdated, biased, or infringing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and clearing anything you publish or send, and for making sure your use complies with applicable law and with the terms of any platform or AI provider you use.

Disclaimer of warranties

The product, the site, and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, that defects will be corrected, or that any content or AI output will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including any non-excludable consumer guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or costs of substitute services, arising out of or relating to the product, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the product, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, statute, or otherwise, will not exceed the greater of the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100.

These limits apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and survive termination of your account. They allocate risk between us and are reflected in the price you paid.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the product, the content you generate or publish with it, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Third-party services

The product relies on third parties including Anthropic (AI models), Stripe (payments), and our hosting and email providers. Their availability, pricing, model behaviour, and terms are outside our control, and we are not liable for their acts, omissions, outages, or changes.

Where you connect your own Anthropic API key, your use is governed by your agreement with Anthropic and any charges are billed to you directly.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of AI, hosting, or payment providers, network failures, cyber-attacks, changes in law, labour disputes, or acts of God.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Claude for Marketers is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law. Claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

Before starting any formal proceedings, please email support@claudeformarketers.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
