Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address, optional name, and an encrypted password managed by our authentication provider.

Product data: lesson progress, quiz scores, saved conversations, and your model and account-mode preferences.

Purchase data: the products you bought, amounts, currency, and payment reference IDs from Stripe. We never store card numbers.

Usage data: the number of AI runs, model used, and token counts, so credits can be metered accurately.

Prompts, uploaded files, and generated responses are sent to Anthropic to produce the output you asked for, and are subject to Anthropic's own privacy terms.

We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

If you connect your own Anthropic API key, it is stored encrypted, is never exposed in the browser, and is used only to make requests on your behalf. You can remove it from Settings at any time.

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.

Stripe — payment processing and billing history.

Anthropic — AI model responses.

Resend — transactional email such as purchase confirmations and password resets.

Your data is protected by row-level security so each account can only read its own rows. Billing fields such as plan, access, credits, and entitlements can only be changed by our payment webhook, never from the browser.

Purchase records are read-only for customers and written solely by the verified Stripe webhook.

You can access and correct your details in Settings, export a copy of your data on request, and delete your account permanently at any time from Settings — this removes your profile, progress, conversations, and usage history.

We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after account deletion.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to run checkout. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot accept liability for unauthorised access that occurs despite reasonable safeguards.

Please do not paste passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal data into prompts or exercises.

We rely on service providers such as our AI model provider, payment processor, hosting, and email delivery partners. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.
